It’s officially one week since I quit smoking, so I thought a post about all the beauty benefits of living smoke free will help me (and others) kick the habit for good.
- Better complexion– after 2 weeks your circulation begins to improve, which is vital for healthy and glowing skin. Smoking can also form wrinkles around the mouth…speeding up the aging process.
- Better smile– ever notice life long smokers don’t have the best teeth? After 6 months of quitting, reward yourself with teeth whitening to counter act the damage smoking did.
- Better smell– all the perfume in the world can’t conceal the smell of smoke in hair and clothes.
- Better figure– sure, you may put on a few pounds when you first quit, but in the long run, you’ll have more energy and motivation in your workouts!
These were just a few off the top of my head. Quitting isn’t easy, but the benefits for your health and beauty make it worth it!
Any suggestions or tips to kicking the habit?
