Re-create this eye-catching celebrity look for St. Patrick’s Day weekend. It’s a simple chic way to show some Irish spirit without over-doing it. This green eye look was created for Kim by makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic for the Maxim Hot 100 event. Mario says, “When using a color on the eyes, keep the cheeks and lips soft and pretty.”

Luckily he’s given us all the tips and products he used on his blog makeupbymario.com to make this look ours.

Eyes

Mario dusted Golden Olive pigment by MAC all over Kim’s lids.  He then used Humid eyeshadow by MAC in the crease and blended on the lower lash line as well.  To line the eyes use Electric Edge Liquid Eyeliner Marker Pen by Calvin Klein in Electric Black on the upper lid and wing liner out a bit on the outer corner.  Mario also used GIELLA B-dazzle eye pencil on the inner corners and on the inner rim of the eye finishing off with 2 coats of L’oreal Voluminous mascara in Carbon Black on the top and bottom lashes.

Lips 

With a dramatic eye Mario kept to his word of keeping the rest of the makeup simple by using just a clear gloss on the lips.

Try this out on the 17th and most will be jealous of your stunning yet subtle St. Patrick’s Day look.
