Ocean City 2012

Welcome back, ABL readers! I hope everyone is enjoying the last few days of summer. I spent the last week down the Jersey shore for a little R & R (no fist pumping). It’s a yearly pilgrimage for my husband’s family filled with tons of family, friends, food (think broccoli rabe stromboli, ravioli, chicken cutlets, and about 100 cookies of assorted flavors..I gain weight just thinking about it) and long days at the beach.

With a young son, it’s hard to stay under an umbrella the whole time to protect against the sun’s harmful rays. However there were some great products that I used that really saved my skin from burning and irritation.

2. INSTITUT ESTHEDERM OSMOCLEAN CALMING CLEANSING MILK- Perfect cleanser for skin that might be slightly sensitive after a day of sun exposure. $39

3. ULTRA SHEER LIQUID DAILY SUNBLOCK SPF 70-  Works great alone or under makeup! $11.49

4.  INSTITUT ESTHEDERM TAN ENHANCING BODY LOTION- Looking to extend your post vacation glow? This soothing lightweight lotion moisturizes and prolongs your tan. $62
