Brows. Brows. Brows. As a teen, I followed the career of Tyra Banks closely and took heed to the words of her makeup artist Sam Fine–that brows frame the face. Before I learned how to tweeze, in my high school days I would apply nair (!!) with a q-tip to shape my eyebrows. The immediate results provided a perfect arch, but as you might imagine, the skin irritation and stubble were enough to send me running to a waxer.
Fast forward to today. I love the look of fuller brows and haven’t waxed my eyebrows in almost 2 years. And to this day, I still feel like there are new brow hairs growing back, so I try not to mess with them too much..only cleaning up super stray hairs.
So to define my sparse eyebrows, I rely on products and have been using Anastasia Beverly Hills products for the last couple of years (all of which are available at Ulta Beauty). Whether going to work, a wedding or running errands, I always take the time to do my brows. The one product I can’t go without is the Dipbrow pomade.
